About six months ago I talked to Mr. David Kitaen. CLTC. I am now age 81 and in need of Home Care. I wanted to get a Long Term Care Insurance Policy from David as I am in a wheelchair and have various Health Issues and want to stay at Home. My adult children have been taking care of me, but can no longer do so. I was going to have to pay for Care out of pocket, my life savings, or I was going to have t sell the house to pay for care. I said yes, that I had a $100,000 Life Insurance Policy that I got about 40 years ago, but because the Premium was getting so expensive, almost $6000 per year, I stopped paying the Premium, and that the Life Insurance  was about to Lapse. David was able to save the Life Insurance Policy from Lapse, and Convert the proceeds of the Life Insurance Policy to pay for Long Term Care at Home or in any LTC Facility in the country. What a great solution to my problem. I am now receiving regular monthly payments that provides some real relief for me financially, and my children can get the relief they deserve, and hopefully, keep the house.
